What is ICE?

The Igloo Customer Experience (ICE) is a three-day event that brings professionals together to discover the future of work, discuss digital workplace strategies, and share best practices for improving engagement and cultural alignment.

Who attends ICE?

ICE will welcome business professionals, industry analysts, influencers, speakers, and experts to discuss topics and trade insights on digital workplace strategies – including tools, technology, and best practices.

The event is best suited for business professionals who work in the following areas:

How much does ICE cost?

Does registration include travel costs?

No. All travel costs – including airfare, transportation and hotel accommodations – are the responsibility of the attendee.

Are there special hotel rates for attendees?

There are a limited number of rooms at the discounted rate of $244/night available at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown until August 23, 2017 at 6pm. Reserve your stay here.

Are meals provided at ICE?

All food and beverages throughout the conference days and evening events will be provided. Alcoholic beverages will be available during the evening events only. If you have dietary restrictions, please include in your registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made in writing to [email protected] and received by the applicable date set forth below may result in a refund as follows:

  • Cancellations received on or before June 30, 2017 receive Full refund
  • Cancellations received between July 1, 2017 and August 15, 2017: Full refund minus a $100 processing fee
  • Cancellations received after August 16, 2017 will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to register for the breakout sessions?

No. There is no need to pre-register for the breakout sessions.

Can I bring a guest to the Tuesday night event?

Yes. Additional passes can be purchased for the evening event through the registration process for a cost of $90 USD.

Are there speaking opportunities available? Or how do I become a speaker at ICE?

If you are interested in speaking and think you would be a good fit for our 2017 agenda, please email [email protected] with speaking samples, an abstract and contact information.

Is there a discount for non-profits?

Yes. We will honor the Early-Bird registration fee of $395 for the entire time registration is open for registered non-profit organizations. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to qualify for this discount prior to registering.

When does registration close?

September 15, 2017 at 5pm EST. Early bird discount of $200 applies until June 30, 2017 at 5pm EST

Will the session presentations be available?

Yes. Session presentations will be shared with all registered attendees. Select presentations will be recorded and available on-demand.
